Kannal Estate is a 316-acre property located in Sungkai, Perak, acquired by the Group in 2016. The estate’s primary focus is on oil palm cultivation, where we integrate sustainable farming practices with modern agricultural techniques to ensure high yields and long-term environmental health.

In addition to its agricultural endeavors, Kannal Estate is also being developed as a recreational haven for the Kannal Family, providing a peaceful and welcoming space for relaxation amidst nature.

Beyond oil palm, the estate is dedicated to diversifying its agricultural output. It includes the cultivation of varieties of coconut plants, such as Matag and Deejay Sempoorna, with initial planting efforts concentrated on the estate’s higher terrains. This approach enhances the estate’s productivity and ensures a steady income from various crops.

We are also committed to growing a variety of cash crops, further enhancing the estate’s agricultural value and contributing to the economic growth of the region. Plans for cash crops, animal husbandry, and fish ponds are also in the works, demonstrating our ongoing efforts to expand and diversify the estate’s agricultural potential.
